And he and his teammates had another good one on Sunday
It’s been a while since we talked in depth about some of the Minnesota Vikings’ celebrations. We put quite a bit of focus on some of them in 2017, but other than that we haven’t really taken much notice of them.
However, the Vikings have one of the preeminent organizers of celebrations in the NFL, and it’s time we gave him a bit of recognition.
Safety Camryn Bynum always seems to find himself in the middle of the celebration when the Vikings’ defense forces a turnover, and he’s apparently the go-to guy for that sort of thing. Following his interception of Aaron Rodgers on Sunday in London. . .his second in the past two weeks. . .Bynum and his fellow safety, Josh Metellus, gave us what might be their best one yet.

Bynum and Metellus pulled their celebration straight from the Disney movie The Parent Trap, and I’ve got to tell you. . .they pretty much nailed it. One enterprising Twitter/X user was kind enough to do a side-by-side comparison of the two, and it looks pretty legitimate to me.
Obviously, Bynum’s celebration planning hasn’t taken away from his play or the play of the Minnesota defense. . .the Vikings pushed their record to 5-0 on the season with their victory over the Jets in London and now lead the NFL in interceptions. As long as Bynum and the Vikings keep playing like this, he can spend as much of his spare time planning celebrations as he wants.
