The Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears played in a back-and-forth affair on Sunday before the Vikings could put things away late. The Vikings’ offense was consistent outside of a lone fumble by Aaron Jones and the defense had its first shaky performance of the season.
Caleb Williams will be a problem as he continues to develop, but that isn’t one of our main takeaways from this game.
This game proved a lot about the Vikings, as playing a divisional opponent is never easy. They matched the Bears’ intensity on both sides of the ball, and Chicago was lost after some big plays of theirs were called back. Despite the Bears coming back and taking it to Overtime, it was never enough.
All-in-all, we have some thoughts and takeaways from this game as a whole, here they are.
