It’s a short week for the Vikings
It’s a quick turnaround for the Minnesota Vikings, as they’ll take their 5-1 record to SoFi Stadium and a matchup with the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday Night Football.
The Vikings are coming off of their first loss of the season, a 31-29 loss to Detroit at U.S. Bank Stadium where they squandered numerous opportunities. The Rams are coming off of just their second win of the season, as they beat the Las Vegas Raiders at home by a score of 20-15.
Both of these teams have dealt with some injuries this season, but they could both be getting significant boosts heading into this one. The Vikings could be welcoming back tight end T.J. Hockenson after his recovery from his torn ACL last season, while the Rams could be adding wide receiver Cooper Kupp to their offense. Kupp injured his ankle back in Week 2 and has not played since.
Because this is a Thursday night game, this one will be aired on Amazon Prime. There will also be a local station in the Twin Cities area that broadcasts the game, and once we know which network that is we will pass it along to you.
We will also be having a LIVE watch party for this one on Thursday Night on Vikings Report with Drew and Ted. The festivities will start at around 6:45 PM Central, half an hour ahead of the 7:15 PM kickoff.
We’ll have all of the coverage during this abbreviated week right here, so make sure to keep checking for the latest updates.
