10 years too late, the Twins have a cable-free direct-to-consumer streaming option.
After finally divorcing themselves from the blackout and streaming disaster that is/was Bally Sports/Diamond Sports/Fox Sports North and is now FanDuel TV, the Twins announced last October that they would be taking their TV production in-house with MLB. Today at Twins Fest, President (for now) Dave St. Peter announced that the pricing would be identical to the San Diego Padres, Arizona Diamondbacks, and others who already took over their TV rights.
#MNTwins streaming/TV package available for $99.99 for season or $19.99 per month.

Fans can pay $99.99 for the entire season or $19.99 per month to be able to stream Twins games completely blackout free from any device. While they still haven’t updated their TV streaming page with further info, it’s safe to assume the system will operate similarly to the teams mentioned above with the ability to stream games via the MLB app or MLB.TV website.
As for on-air talent, the Twins are largely bringing back the same staff led by play-by-play man Cory Provus. The only difference compared to last season is the lack of Roy Smalley, who announced his retirement from broadcasting. Former Twins greats Justin Morneau, LaTroy Hawkins, Glen Perkins, Trevor Plouffe, and Denard Span will join Provus in the booth throughout the season, while Audra Martin will continue in her sideline reporter role. The pre- and post-game shows will continue as well, still hosted by Tim Laudner and Katie Storm.

There still isn’t any clarity on what, if any, options will be available to those who still want to watch the Twins via their cable or satellite packages. As more details emerge, we will update this blog post for a one-stop shop on all things Twins TV.
